mother said i should make a blog.

so here i am. i've done blogs before, but never stuck with them. i'm never too sure where to draw the line with the things i share: do i want to talk about my feelings, or just random, pointless things? anyway, i'm none the wiser about what i'll share, but all i know is that i'm aiming to be studying journalism by the end of the year, and it seemed like a good idea to be writing a bit more. anyways, i'm just sat here listening to "turning tables", which has one of the loveliest piano riffs i've heard, full of chocolate cake and hope. had a lovely christmas; now just in that anticipatory mood as we wait at the border between the end of this year and the start of the next one. god knows 2013 will have to be better than 2012; there is much to come. blogs are a really bad idea for me because i can just write and write and write. so i'll stop now, :) x
